Public service announcement

To watch special programming focusing on President Gordon B. Hinckley, who passed away yesterday evening, go to BYU Broadcasting and check what's on the schedule tonight and the next few days. You can also find a list of his speeches there, presented in various formats. My family will spending some time this evening watching, listening, and remembering. I encourage you to do the same.

oh, sister....the first thing I did when I woke up this morning was turn on BYUTV and watched the bio-movie of GBH that was made just after he became President. It was SO COMFORTING to be stuck up here in the wilds, in a blizzard, feeling blue, and know others were feeling the same way all over the world via satellite! much better than the state of the union! love you...

Thanks. I've been looking at some of his conference talks, too. The one sad thing is I can't find many of his great jokes. I think many of them must have been ad libbed and it looks like they only print the written talk. It's kind of sad, really. I sure loved those delightful quips during conference.

Thank you! Being in AZ I have been feeling a little out of the loop.

Have a great weekend!

Did you see the interview on 60 Minutes last night. I confess that I knew absolutely nothing about this man and it was interesting to see the report.
