I love you
A bushel and a peck
A bushel and a peck
And a hug around the neck
A big bosomy hug

I hope b. sees this.

I love how songs and smells can transport you, in an instant, to another time and place--such memory stirring and heart-string-pulling power. That song takes me back to early childhood evenings with my dad.

What a wonderful Thong!!! If this doesn't show the love I don't know what will. She will adore it. Music speaks volumes.
I Love B
She will see it!

I can just see this kid in ten years singing into a hair brush on the school bus.

Just so you know...

Having known me my whole life, b. said I would love you. So, I've spent some time this evening reading and getting to know you. She was right.

I'm so happy you found little Izzy!

There's nothing better than getting away with the one you love most. I hope it was relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, and healing.

Thank you for being so honest with your feelings about the loss of your baby. I am so sorry for you and your husband. Some of my most bitter-sweet moments in life have come from miscarriage.

I'll be reading...

My dad used to sing me this song when I was little. I love it.

I thought that my mom made up that song when I was a little girl.

And then, as a senior in high school, I landed the role of Adelaide in Guys and Dolls.

I felt betrayed.

I heart you, and b., too.

~j., I bet every little kid who's lucky enough to have this song sung to her/him thinks the very same thing.

I heart you too!
