The season's changing. Welcome, September! Last night I needed to sleep with more cover. This evening down by the lake at sunset, as we watched flocks of ibises and swallows swoop in to settle down among the reeds, the air was autumnal. It's the time of year when I want to do something, learn something, move something, eat something.
I feel so ripe for the good changes which are already underway. The moon grinned wide and yellow at me tonight. Harvest begins in earnest. I can tell—this is going to be a fruitful month!
