A toast! A toast!

Well, folks, we're off to see the wizard . . . I mean, the blizzard . . . er . . . a quizzard? . . . the gizzard! . . . no, wait, the fizz nerds. Agh, that's not quite it either. Dangit, what was it I was going to tell you?

OH YEAH. The Dizzard. That's Disney to you, baby. Rob and I are doing the unimaginable. We are going to Disneyland. Is this a sign of the times, or what?

Actually, we are going to see my SoCal uncle who is very very very very sick. But while we are there next week we are supposed to go to Disneyland with my cousins one day.

I never thought I'd live to see the day that Rob actually said he wanted to go there. Of course, he's not committing himself to any particular attitude except that he won't call me a sappy slob if I decide it's fun. I've already told him I won't leave the premises without mouse ears. He knows well what he's up against with wacky me.

'Course, we may opt out if the ticket prices are too high for us, but at least there's a chance.

So, enjoy your week, friends and stalkers, and I'll talk with you soon.

But before I go, I'd like to introduce you to the fizz nerds. (Wouldn't I'd love to go to their theme park!)

Prices schmices! Do go. Do come back with mouse ears on your beautiful head. Do be sappy if you feel so inlined.

(And God bless uncle.)

c-dub: Oh, I'm sappy at will. Not even Rob can unsap me when I'm in my sap space. No worries there.

And if we don't go to see the Dizzard, then I will console myself with Diet Coke and Mentos, and you'll be invited to watch the show. For free.

(Thanks for the blessing.)

Disneyland! More importantly: the Pacific Ocean! Have fun and take lots of pictures. You should go to the California Adventure portion of Disneyland if you can - California Screamin' and Soarin' Over California are two great rides.

Love the coke fountain by the way.

If you can't have a fun time at the Dizzard's, you have no soul! Sure the money part is RIDICULOUS, but it's fun adn inspiring, at least when you look back on Disney's intentions and inspiration. It's close to my heart because my g'rents grew up in LA and took their three tiny children to the grand opening (the oldest--my mom--was 5) in Anaheim where Grandpa says he used to go to pick berries and oranges as a kid. Enjoy! Miss yall...
