I realize you may not even be there, but I emailed my sister this morning and asked her if she'd do it with me. She said yes, and so I'm in! My money is invested in it.
I don't think I'll be able to run very much by then, but I'm going to try!
LYL!Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00957602447443147528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8236210.post-89949785032361061932009-05-16T16:45:00.000-06:002009-05-16T16:45:00.000-06:00Wowee - no shin splints? I've gotten to where I breathe through my mouth the whole time but it really helped to have a rhythm for my huffing and puffing. If I speed up or go uphill then I only breathe out for 3 steps. Another thing to try is going at a pace you think you can maintain even if it is practically a walking pace (like mine!).

I'm fully prepared to be lapped by you when we get our feet side by side in the same valley. xoxoBeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11797806145955144067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8236210.post-23463510609472963092009-05-13T07:12:00.000-06:002009-05-13T07:12:00.000-06:00Run Geo.
