February 8 (goofy sweater, warmer petter)

What can I say? I checked out a library book about crocheted granny squares and I was overcome by the urge to wrap my dog in one. He needed a sweater and I needed to keep my hands busy for an evening. Odds and ends of yarn + no pattern + a temporarily nervous disposition = one strange-looking pooch pouch. Did you notice it's got garters?
